Keely Palla is a freshman at the University of San Diego and is looking forward to majoring in Economics with a double minor in Philosophy and Law and Ethics. Her long-term goal after four wonderful years at USD is to attend law school and practice entertainment law. Her hometown, where her family has been for 100 years, is Bakersfield, CA, but she couldn’t be happier to enjoy the bright sun and ocean breeze of what we San Diegans like to call “Sun Diego.” When Keely isn’t in the classroom, you can find her playing volleyball, crafting up a storm with inspiration from Pinterest, or exploring the countless new adventures that she has added to her San Diego bucket list.
Keely is currently an intern for the Athletic Marketing Department where she helps build Torero spirit at USD’s sporting events, a member of the Torero Program Board Street Team where she helps set up many of the awesome events we have on campus, and is also involved in University Ministry, serving as a hospitality minister at Sunday night masses in the gorgeous Founder’s Chapel. She is also a member of the Ambassador’s Club. Keely hopes that she can provide you with some interesting reads, but most importantly, she wants to inspire, empower, and succeed.
